Recursive Subfolder Scanning
Point PictaCast to a parent folder and it will ask whether to include subfolders. Say yes and it automatically crawls every nested directory for images — perfect for organized photo libraries.
Real-Time Photo Watching
Using the modern FileSystemObserver API, PictaCast automatically detects new photos added to your folders and updates the slideshow in real time. Perfect for live photobooth setups at events.
